Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois) is a dynamic system which gracefully synchronises breathing and movement. Its objective is to promote a strong flexible body and focused mind.
In this session you will enjoy and learn a Basic form and introduction to the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga.
The 30 minutes of Ashtanga Vinyasa practice begins with Surya Namaskara A and Surya Namaskara B, followed by the standing sequence and then the sitting sequence, along with 30 minutes of Yin Yoga.
Everyone is welcome to join, from experienced practitioners to first comers.
