Ashtanga Yoga is an effective sequence of poses that develops strength and flexibility and improves your overall well-being.

In this series, you will move through postures included in the half-primary Ashtanga Yoga Sequence.

Each week you can look forward to a similar structure, and similar flow of postures / sequences. This is the beauty of Ashtanga Yoga - a structured sequence and routine you will become familiar with.

This class is reasonably powerful and dynamic, so please remember you have our full permission to slow down and skip shapes when needed. You can always ask your guide, Luisa, for any additional support before, during or after classes too!
